Research Objects / Working Conditions
Human–AI alignment is often described as if it were a settled agreement: goals were stated, roles were named, and the system may now proceed.
Real alignment is less ceremonial and more operational. The state of work changes. Priorities move. Sidequests appear. Authority expands through evidence. Capacity remains finite.
Shared State is a three-object collection about maintaining alignment under those conditions. A work surface makes state foundational. A weekly object gives alignment a frequency. A carry object makes capacity impossible to pretend away.
These are not illustrations placed on arbitrary merchandise. Each proposition depends on what its object does.
