The effective price of getting useful reasoning or output from an AI system. It includes not only raw model cost, but also the quality, speed, supervision, and operational overhead required to get dependable results.
Example: "A cheaper model looked attractive until the team counted the review time; the true cost of intelligence was higher than expected."
