AI 2.0 (noun phrase)
An approach to AI in which an agent takes an active role in pursuing goals, using tools, coordinating steps, and carrying delegated duties within defined authority. The handover is real, even though accountability and important boundaries remain human.
Example: “Under AI 2.0, the agent monitored new enquiries, prepared responses, updated the system, and escalated the cases outside its authority.”
